Our canning retort is suitable for sterilization of cans after seaming. The can is placed on the crate which is then fed into the retort and subjected to high pressure and temperature thus sterilizing the contents. Our canning retorts are complete with pressure gauge, metal clad thermometer, safety valve and release valve.
