Fixed type cooking kettles are often used in the preparation of large quantities of soups, stocks, gravies and sauces. This kettle is available with fixed scrapper attachment. Driven by geared motor or gearbox-motor attachment, the teflon scrapper functions to ensure that there is no blackening or charring of product while cooking or heating.
