Lemon cutting machines feature four circular knives of high carbon steel which rotates in the same direction towards the center. The feed hopper of a suitable size is provided for automatic feeding of various sizes of lime to the cutting unit. All the contact parts such as top of the hopper and bottom chute is fabricated from food grade stainless steel. The unit is driven by powerful motors, which ensure consistent performance.
